"I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Completely unprofessional! I set an appointment through their online scheduling system. Needed bathroom cabinets, tub, sinks, and various fixtures. The scheduling system only allows 1 item type to be selected so a showroom resource can be assigned, so I selected "cabinets" and added the remaining items in the comment section. I arrive at my scheduled time and not only is the cabinet showroom resource not there, they can't provide a showroom rep for the balance of the items until 2.5 hours later. I drove 40+ miles round trip for them to screw things up completely and not offer a rep at the scheduled time...mind you I was the only customer in the store and all reps were at their PC's with their backs to the door. I'm fairly tolerant, but these people could care less. Go elsewhere if you expect at least a moderate level of attention."

"If I could give negative stars I would have. Placed an order 6 months ago, was told 6 weeks to come in.. still waiting! Customer service is awful, they have flat out lied and said my order is in multiple times. I've had them call 3 different times saying let's schedule install only for them to call the day before and say sorry your order isn't here!! Finally I told a manager I'll cancel if you can't me an accurate real date and she said if that's what you want cancel. No help from anyone and told again last week my order is in it's way to store and will be installed this week, today being told no it's not even here!! Very poor customer service from sales to management especially for selling high end appliances. Don't waste your money. Home Depot has better service than this place."
