"I thought this was a solid place but it is not. Had 2 new tires balanced and installed, went on the highway and it shakes heavily. Went back and was told that they will charge me again because I didn't buy the tires from them so there is no warranty, which makes no sense, because this is not about the warranty on the tire. I had the exact same problem last year, had to come back for a second balance and that fixed it. This time they tried to charge me double for it. Thats one way how to loose customers. And if you don't want anybody bringing their own tires then say so! I called way before and asked if you would do this job and you agreed. Now I will buy a tire machine and a balancer, and do every single tire change myself. From now on no tires shop will see a single dime from me ever again. I'll do the same for family and friends for good measure. See how that goes?"
