"DO NOT USE!!!! We had a major remodel using Kitchen Center Plus and Credence. Rachel came to the house repeatedly during the process of the remodel and measured many times. The measurements and what was ordered was completely wrong! By the time the cabinets came, and she had one man installing the cabinets. He installed the oven cabinet upside down, damaged the walls and cabinets. Then I walked in to find where the hood would go 12-18" to the right and the stove all the way off center to the left of the 12-18". I had to figure out how to remeasure and make another order which delayed everything again! Additionally, the cabinet order was not complete and majority were wrong. I ordered pull out drawers for my cabinets and Rachel tried to put after market drawers in (that didn't fit) and not Bellmont which I had ordered. We had to hire another cabinet company to come in and redo majority of the work and finish. I have pictures if anyone would like to see the lack of attention, detail and measurements."

"UPDATE - Rachel contacted me about "resolving" this issue. She agreed to reimburse me for the outlay of money I was forced to pay to complete this cabinet project. In addition, I showed her a cabinet door with a lamination issue, that would be under warranty. She assured me that she would contact Bellmont cabinets. NONE OF THIS WAS DONE. She apparently was only concerned with having me change my review, because I hadn't even received any payment and she emailed me asking how soon I can update my review!! It appears that she is getting pressure to get better reviews. She DID NOT replace my cabinet door. I was forced to contact Bellmont myself to obtain a new door. I have received NO payments back to me as promised. She collected FULL payment on this order, PLUS FULL payment on INSTALLATION. And I've heard nothing since our last meeting. I have found working with Kitchen Center Plus to be the most frustrating experience I have encountered in my 15+ years as a professional interior designer. I recently relocated here and remodeled an upscale home. I found KCP and Rachel, and immediately liked her and felt this would be a positive experience. She understood what I wanted, and how to achieve the look that i was trying to achieve. I'm a perfectionist and frankly a difficult client -- given that I work in the industry and have lots of experience with this. Her designs were good, well thought out. She worked fast, and she made many attempts to nail exactly what I was looking to do. She intially had great communication and I felt really good about working with KCP. Unfortunately - it all fell apart after that. Delivery was a complete disaster. Cabinets were missing. Not sure if they were never ordered, or just forgotten. This went on and on and on. Things didnt fit, things ordered wrong. And then items that were just damaged in shipping, etc., and had to be reordered as well. This installation went on for months. When if finally came to installation- dont even get me started. The initial installer that came was one guy, not sure if he was a licensed carpenter, and literally destroyed my cabinets. Dragging them by himself across the concrete floor. And attempting to do an entire install himself?? Ive never seen such a thing. Shows up without as much as a stud finder. We had to replace the cabinets that were damaged. So that even took longer. I contacted regional sales manager to help, and he was completely useless. Another company was called in to finish. She was not present to oversee the install, and it was left in disarray with many items still needing more specific attention- ie doors rubbing, handles not put on properly, replacement doors still not put on because they delivered later, cabinets not level, hinges not correct, etc. Installation was complete, but not detailed and tight. I paid in full because we had to close the permit, and my contractors insisted, but trusted her that this would still all be resolved. I then hired my own licensed professional carpenters (and cabinet installers) with her knowledge, (and approval) to complete and correct my cabinet install properly and to my expectations. I supervised all the additional days required. Which took a LOT of my time. (Kitchen, bar, master bath, and laundry room) And now, I have submitted those receipts to her, and she won't reimburse me. So she has my installation money, I know she has not paid the other installers in full, and she won't pay me either. So basically she charged me for 'installation' as a line item on the contract, and kept my money. Then she says that I still owe her for other items, and more hours, etc?? But have never received as much as an email or text stating this while the project was going on. Contract is closed and paid. I have given her lots of time to reimburse me and she is choosing not to, so unfortunately, Im going to be forced to look at other means to get my money back. And then it will be more than just the install fee. My kitchen and all of my cabinets did come out beautiful-- now."

"I contacted Kitchen Center Plus and spoke with Nicole. I only needed 5 pull out shelves for a Brookhaven pantry I have. I called my "local" Brookhaven location in Tampa and told them exactly what I wanted. They took my info and I then had to call them 2 more times to try to get a price but they never got back to me. I guess my "small job" wasn't' worth their time. So, I contacted Kitchen Center Plus because what I needed could easily be shipped to me and I didn't need anyone to install the drawers (my husband did it). I live nearly 60 miles away from Kitchen Center Plus. Nicole was prompt, courteous and quick to come back with a quote even though this was a very small request compared to a new kitchen build. She promptly ordered the drawers and I had them within a week. I couldn't be happier - with the new drawers and the service I received from Nicole. If I ever need anything additional that Kitchen Center Plus can provide - Nicole will be the first and only person I would call."
