"CONSUMER BEWARE! Wish we had never initiated business with Victoria and FLCabinets. Put down a considerable deposit for cabinets in our kitchen. Completely unprofessional in meeting the necessary expectations when working with our contractor. Did not provide requested onsite measurement layout of the cabinets so the sub contractors could complete their work. In addition, even though we have a written contract with delivery date we still NO cabinets 6+ months after initial delivery was promised. We have continued to work towards a reasonable resolution with no success. At this point we have tried to get our large deposit refunded , again with no success."

They provide incredible service whether we were doing our entire kitchen or just getting a few cabinets for a built in. They worked with us on changes, they worked to use inventory in stock when possible to cut down on wait times and sometimes price and they even came after everything was installed to fix some sliders. They spent a good chunk of time and energy and even sent in a specialist - all free. Customer service is incredible and everyone I’ve been in contact with is super helpful and kind.
