"These folks offered to hold equipment for me. I ended up being delayed on my building however called every few months to check in with their, at the time, manager. At any time I could have had it delivered to an alternate address to get it out of their warehouse. I was kindly assured by that representative that it was okay to leave it. At one point the owner sold equipment I had paid for to someone else and more recently they moved, replaced their manager and seem to have only 1 of my original items. A very unprofessional owner, after yelling at me for about 30 minutes,then offered me 2 items that are not even close to the value of what money he has of mine, including a $500 + credit because of the equipment he sold it from under me before. I have all my receipts. He refused to do anything else for me. If a representative of your company makes an arrangement or gives you their word, you should stand by it. That is the right thing to do. I will never do business here again."
