"Store is crammed full of inventory and hard to get around in. There are random items stuffed and piled under every table and in every corner, I guess they have a storage problem? Very annoying and cramped to be around. This store is just not as nice as other WS I've been in, for example the location in Portland, OR. It feels very unpleasant to be in, you can't just casually look and browse."

"I spent $650 on Christmas presents at the W&S store in the Millennia Mall today. I wanted a Cuisiart 4 cup blender priced at $59.95 and went to the counter to request it. The check out lady told me there were 5 in inventory and to wait a few minutes while it was retrieved. She rang up my other items and then got a message over her headset. She then told me that they couldn’t find it because they were busy and they had « so many boxes back there » I said I didn’t mind waiting and could she please ask the person to look again. She said « no, we only have three people and there’s too many boxes » I then said « are you telling me that you can’t be bothered? » She shrugged her shoulders and looked down. I was so mad! Absolutely dreadful service… I left the store, walked through the mall to Macys and bought the exact same item for $39.95 … $20 cheaper!"
