"Philip was my service advisor, and the nonsense that he took from my extended warranty company was embarrassing for me. The car was in the shop for a full week, waiting on them to make a decision, and Philip was constantly on it, making sure that they would come through and pay for everything that they had advised me for. I have previously not liked Wesley Chapel, Nissan, but have recently changed my decision on that based based on the outstanding Service received the past few times I’ve been there."
"Bought my last 2 cars from here, and I can honestly say they take care of you! Can’t say that about dealerships really. Jeny in finance really helps you out and is on top of everything. Even calling you after your deal making sure everything is good. Dennis the salesman was very quick and easy. He made me feel really comfortable! "Not happy. I was not given any options for the repairs -- in other words, the representative didn't offer any repair alternatives and then said "Happy New Year" when presenting me with a bill for more than $6,000. Really? That is not a happy new year moment, and employees should be trained about that. The other thing is, I am disappointed in the quality of the "certified pre-owned" vehicle I paid for. With current repairs, I have now surpassed the purchase price in 6 years of ownership. I am especially disappointed about having to replace the transmission after the 70,000 miles I put on it. I wonder how common this is. I am sure people will weigh in when reading my Google review. Also, the repairs started about 2 months after I purchased the car. And know this: I rarely complain about my decisions, but if you survey me, I will be honest. I hesitate to recommend this dealership when looking for a used vehicle. Thank you."
"Never again. Intentionally made the first appointment available when the service department opened. Showed up 20 minutes before the doors open and got in the “Service” line while the drive up “Express” line continued to grow with 8-10 vehicles with no appointment. I walked inside and was told the “Service” door was broken so it was only one lane today. Unfortunately the dealership parked an SUV in front of the “Lane Closed” sign so it was not visible if you were in line. Eventually I make it inside to the service writers who confirmed my service would be done AFTER the ten non-appointment drive ups and it would now be an hour and a half wait. When asked how this made sense, the service writer said “yeah anything to do with the company I have no say over” and simply ignored my questions about this process. She told me “unfortunately we have appointments and drive ups” and that’s just how it goes. Unbelievable lack of customer service and respect for both a customer’s time and an appointment system. Businesses sometimes forget people are specific appointments due to time constraints in their own day, hence why the first appointment was booked. If this is how you operate, either don’t even allow appointments or put a disclaimer on the scheduling website. I will not be returning to this dealership for service."
