"Dismissive, my project too small for their liking. A 9 week wait time between original phone call and my follow up email providing all of the dimensions and product upgrade for our kitchen. In first phone call with Jason I was told not a problem, he understood it was a fridge upgrade to a built in subzero refrigerator. In last call with him after I received their only email (9 weeks after initial contact) letting me know they wouldn’t do job, he said manager told him they couldn’t do my job. Deserve zero stars for the length of time to get back with me and stringing me along when I could have been searching for another company."
