He was polite and quickly provided the information I sought about a car I saw on their website. Upon arrival to the dealership, I met Michael, my salesperson. He was polite, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and enthusiastic about Subarus, providing first-hand knowledge about Subaru ownership.
