"I do Lyft and drive a 2014 black Toyota Camry,I picked up a call from Gainesville that took me to Tampa Florida.Before leaving Tampa. I decided to stop by Jiffy Lube on west Hillsboro ave just so they he can check the oil and tire pressure. They were nice enough to check the oil,tire pressure and I could see them they were checking the battery also. Everything seem to be OK, then I left Tampa.On my way back to Gainesville,All of a sudden My dashboard lit up a Christmas tree and kept doing it every 20-30 minutes.Next day I took the car to the Jiffy Lube in Ocala,thats wher i liv and I go on a regular basis (great people btw)and they told me that the battery clamp was put back improperly and as a result was contacting the hood since the car was in motion.Now as a result, I have to buy another piece to hold the clamp together. Please tell your employees to double check what they have done after they are finished. I am a single mother of two and this little mistake could turn ugly and deadlier and yes you are right I will not be going back to that Jiffy Lube on W.Hillsborough ever again and I lost my $5.00 that I gav him,what a waste of money."

"I have found a place that is completely the place to go for different fluid changes and oil changes. I did get tires priced but the lowest option was too highly priced for me. I was offered discount pricing and so forth but with size limitations I had to take a star off for those of you looking for a tire. My vehicle there were no options in the system that resulted in less than close to 1000 and it’s not an expensive vehicle. To be fair, had I not been budget constrained I know I would have been getting a high quality item. The people are very helpful and also this location is great in bilingual /Spanish service support."
"I arrived at this location at 9:30 am with my company vehicle to have an oil change, tire balance, and have the front breaks checked. I was told the mechanic had not arrived yet but he was expected any time. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area and they would get started on the oil change. A short time later I was greeted by who I am assuming was the manager. We went over all the items that needed addressed and he said he would get the needed inspections completed and send them to the fleet company for approval. I believe that this was completed at around 10 am. After an hour had passed the manager advised me that the repairs had been approved by the fleet company but still needed approval from my company. I contacted my fleet company to find out that Jiffy Lube had indicated that the truck needed front brakes and rotor as well as rear breaks and rotors. (The rear brakes were replace in Nov. of 2022 and only had 7k miles on them.) I was able to get the needed approvals for the balance and front brake repair at about noon. At 1:30 pm I questioned why it was taking so long, I was told that because the lug nuts had swollen caps (Known issue on Fords) they were unable to get drivers side front tire off. It took another 4 hours for them to complete the repairs. So to recap I arrived at 9:30 am for an oil change, Wipers, rotate and balance with new front brake pads and rotors. I left at 5:20 pm. There was a delay caused by my company but with that taken away 6 hours to complete this work was unacceptable and I will not return. They left dirty hand prints on the inside and out side of the drivers side door, hood and both front finders. The pics really don't capture it well. As a side note the waiting area was dirty and the restroom was even worse."
"Believe me! Leave this place away! Initially, I chose not to share my experience, but now I feel the need to inform more people about it. I purchased a coupon from Groupon for a conventional oil change. Upon arriving at the auto shop to begin the oil change, I was informed that I needed to use synthetic blend oil instead. I don't want to spend too much time here, I agreed, I was charged an additional $77.20 despite applying the Groupon coupon. During the oil change process, they recommended flushing and replacing the brake fluid, cabin air filter, and air filter. I declined those services, intending to address them later after knowing their prices. At the time, I didn't question their services. Two days later, I purchased a cabin air filter from Amazon and attempted to replace it myself. To my surprise, I discovered that the securing tabs for the bottom panel and the screw of the filter housing cover were missing. It became evident that the auto shop had not reinstalled them after inspecting the cabin air filter. Additionally, upon inspection, I noticed that the oil, which had been changed just three days prior, did not appear clean. This raised doubts about whether the oil was actually replaced at the shop. I have scheduled an appointment with another auto shop to assess if the oil change needs to be redone. I returned to their store and attempted to let them find these sets. However, they responded angrily, insisting that there was nothing wrong with them and claiming no knowledge of the sets. Eventually, they refused further communication. They asked me to buy these sets by myself. They can promise to reimburse me if I bring the reciept to them. Unfortunately, I am busy with my staff and unable to dedicate it to searching for a place to buy them."
