"My wife and I were really pleased with the kitchen and the professionalism we received along the way. There were some hiccups, but none of which outweighed the quality of the work and that weren't swiftly addressed by the extremely involved and committed Kitchen Solvers team to our satisfaction. Troy was extremely kind and meticulous when going through the design process with us, making sure we were happy with our selections and that we had a realistic outlook of the schedule and end result. William and Mike were very friendly and transparent throughout the process as well and always made themselves available if I had any questions or concerns. Luis did a stellar job installing the cabinets and confirming intricate details with me before carrying out certain tasks. Virtually the entire experience went smoothly, and for what didn't, both William and Mike genuinely listened to me about those concerns and carried out generous actions to address the issues to everyone's satisfaction. My wife and I wanted to spend some time with the kitchen before leaving a review and in that time, we've had to make two calls about some issues with some outlets and other minor miscellaneous concerns. Their response to those calls has only further cemented how stellar their warranty, customer service, and commitment to customer satisfaction is. Mike came out within the week both times, with both calls being months apart and well after the project was completed. He quickly addressed all of the issues, took the time to explain to me what went wrong and how he fixed it, and very explicitly reaffirmed that I should not hesitate to call if I need anything else. The kitchen is great, the Kitchen Solvers team is incredible, and at some point in the future I look forward to working with them again on another project in our home."

"We hired Kitchen Solvers 10 years ago to remodel our kitchen in the Eagles development in Tampa. We moved to a house in Trinity last year and, based on the quality work they did previously, we recently hired them again to remodel this kitchen. Their work is very high quality and attention to detail is commendable. We worked with Shane to design the layout, and Shane offered many ideas that made our kitchen both functional and cost effective. All the support contractors were required to come to our house to insure their part of the job was understood and documented. William provided us with a detailed cost estimate based on the design and the support contractors’ feedback. Their showroom had many styles of cabinets, countertops, hardware and accessories to choose. Once we signed the contract, the work was planned and communicated to us via the Buildertrend App, which is a great tool to monitor the job execution and financial matters. The execution of the work went according to plan. Shad and Daniel were the Kitchen Solvers craftsmen that performed the majority of the work. They were skilled, communicative, respectful, and very clean in performing the work. We did have a few change orders from the original estimate, and were handled in a professional manner and always approved before any work was completed. To say the least, we are very happy with Kitchen Solvers and highly recommend them."
