"I agree with the other reviewer. A water pipe broke as I was moving my mom up north because of her heart condition in December. My mom was nervous giving half the money up front. Later he emailed demanding payment for completed project. He even threatened to put a lien on property a couple days later. We had asked for pictures and the paperwork for the insurance company so we could get their final payment. It turns out after this threat that he HAD NOT finished the project. He sent 3 deceiving pictures of the shower but failed to show that the shower fixtures had not been installed. Luckily the realtor called to tell us about it being incomplete. The realtor is going to help us. I mailed him the check priority mail to give to Joel once we have what we need for insurance and the shower is complete. How can someone do this to an elderly woman with a heart condition?"

"Cabinets look very nice. However one door is a totally different shade and Joel refuses to correct the issue. He has given me every excuse - "I ordered the door, I am waiting on the door to come in, the factory that makes the door has closed". This has been going on since August of 2015. Very sad to be taken advantage of after paying for the job in full."
