"Came in last night to buy a lighter, I’m above the legal age yet the woman at the counter wouldn’t sell me the lighter. Said she was required to scan my ID for it and the screen said “invalid age”. Was just a huge inconvenience for no reason, it was just a lighter lady and it was apparent I was 18+. So ridiculous."

"I hate to leave bad reviews but the coffee station in this place is absolutely disgusting. I used this Sev11 for years to get coffee before work. It's not a lack of coffee (they always have fresh coffee) it's just the whole area is filthy with cream stuck and dried to everything. It looks as if it's never been cleaned. Also they're almost always out of cups or the cardboard sleeves for the cups. Unfortunately I've decided to just stop going to this location."

"I've lived in the neighborhood for 15 years and I'd say this location has definitely improved. Employees are friendly and helpful. I can rest assured that they've got my cravings satiated 24/7 and there is always gasoline at the pumps."

This location appears to be a family owned franchise and not a corporate store. Around the lunch hour it can get pretty busy here."
