"Booked an 8am appointment, showed up at 7:45am to find the massage therapist waiting outside and informing us that they’re unsure about when the front desk person will show up to open the location. We waited until about 8:15am and I informed the therapist that I can’t wait past 8:30am as I had another appointment at 10am. He was not confident someone would show up in time as they informed him someone JUST contacted the front desk employee on their ETA, so I decided to leave. Completely unprofessional to not have front desk staff at opening hour and not even having an open line of communication of an ETA at minimum. I would have waited with no issues as I understand life happens but to not have any updates until waiting for 30 minutes and then having them be so vague was disappointing. Would not recommend this location as it appears this isn’t the first time it has happened. To clarify, the massage therapist was amazing, very kind and understanding and just as let down as me considering they’re losing out on pay and wasting their own time waiting around for someone to show up and open the shop. 0/10 front desk staff and management, 10/10 massage therapist trying to alleviate the situation."
"I arrived to this location, early, for my 9 am appointment today and was advised, by a massage therapist waiting outside, that no one showed up to unlock the doors and that my massage would be compensated due to the inconvenience. I received a call from the front desk telling me they would not charge me for the service! Uh!!!???? Of course you're not going to charge me for my service you didn't perform it!!!. "I travel a lot and use my membership at many different Massage Envy locations. Whenever possible, though, I go to the Oviedo Massage Envy and specifically book with Benjamin. I need deep tissue therapeutic work, and he is the absolute best! It’s clear that he is continually learning new techniques and is able to sustain full pressure for a 90 minute session. I highly recommend!"
