"I had the wonderful pleasure of finding Nona Luxury Nails and Spa. I was greeted with a smile and hello and provided a lovely and relaxing pedicure immediately no waiting. The gentleman who provided the pedicure was very gentle and professional and kind. I also received a new set of acrylic/gel overlay and was very happy with the final result and professionalism that was demonstrated. I really appreciate all the staff as they made my initial experience very positive. I even went to a job interview later that day and was offered the job on the spot!"

"Michelle is a Very rude nail technician. After being a good customer for a few years and giving her good tips , I only once expressed my dissatisfaction with my service . instead of telling me to come back to fix my nails, she texts me tells me if you don’t like it go somewhere else. Not how you treat customers who spend 200$ a month between nails and pedicure ! Margo not much better in terms of being nice to people . those two speak their native tounge and basically run the roost. My recommendation is to try another salon."

"I waited a couple of days to post this. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but please find another place to go. I had used them for a quick eye brow wax in the past and decided to get the works on this visit. I requested a dip for my nails with a manicure. The tech said she’d do the manicure after she dipped my nails, which doesn’t make any sense since you’re pushing the cuticles back before painting. I was ok with how they turned out, until at the end the line item on my receipt said I was charged full price for a manicure. I should have been charged the add on price - even the line item said “basic manicure only.” When she cut the cuticle on my ring finger I was bleeding. The pedicure - she didn’t like my answer of a regular pedicure and shared that she wouldn’t work on callouses if I didn’t choose the deluxe so I agreed. On one of my feet, she scrubbed by toe with the callous tool until it was bleeding - I had to show her. It was and still is extremely painful. Just wanted to share in case you were thinking about going here."

"I was not satisfied with the service. The person doing my nails not only cut me but the end result was messy. The polish was on the nail skin fold and my cuticles look worst than what I came in with."
