"Several of the nail techs are excellent. Mary and Crystal specifically. However, the owner is unfriendly and unprofessional. I had an appointment with Mary before Xmas but the owner forced Mary to go to the next appointment and the owner would polish my nails. She chatted on the phone the entire time. It chipped in 2 days. After 4 days I had 4 chipped nails. I did go back and she reimbursed me but this did not do anything for my Christmas having had my nails ruined. The next visit she told me the price and it had increased from my previous visit where she had told me that you get a $5 discount for getting a Manny pedi. She told me she never said that. I find her very rude and unprofessional and unfortunately will not be going back. There are too many small businesses out there to go to one where they don't appreciate your business."

"This place was amazing. They had superb customer service. Very professional and fair. Their prices weren’t egregious. They delivered on their promises!!! I’ve had an amazing experience. I highly recommend. These are my birthday nails and they didn’t disappoint."

"All the staff were beyond amazing. You can tell all the workers enjoy working together which makes it a pleasant place to be in. The ladies that worked on my nails did amazing! I got dip on my hands and regular polish on my toes. The price was less than what I expected to pay so big plus!!! I’ll definitely come again."

"Friendly staff. Love the way the owner, Ann, can copy designs I bring to her. I get dip powder with gel designs on top. They have loyalty cards to save money ($2 or $5 when the card is full). Massage chairs for Pedicures could be more comfy and in some chairs the arm compression doesn't work. That's the only drawback. Still 5 stars judging on nails only."
