"Horrible! The manager refused to exchange my perfume I got for Christmas!! They gave my husband the wrong opium scent and she refused to exchange it told me I had to pay the difference of the sale because he bought it on black Friday! Unfortunately they were sold out at the altamonte location but they were wiling to do the trade for me! Will not be coming back to thus sephora ever again!"
