"What an awful experience. Karen, has the worst, I mean phenomenally bad attitude. It's truly sad. If my name was Karen (nowadays), I would be nicer, SMH. I just phoned to make an appointment and she was just rude. I had a few people for her, but when they heard her, we all said no. She lost a lot of business a few days ago. Will never patronize her. Famously bad attitude! From reading other reviews, she tends to be this way... In Response To This Attempt From Owner Trying To Make Herself Look Better: Please just stop. You were awful and this had nothing to do with a phone number or whatever you’re speaking about. Also, you did most of the talking. I was to floored to say much. You were just rude and nasty on the phone. All the reviews I see where others are saying the same thing…. WOW! Then you type something that just proves their point. You really need to stop or get some help. I have people who heard you. You have an extraordinarily bad disposition. I was floored and we were all looking at each other like, is this actually happening? One of my colleague’s was just standing with their mouth agape, when I looked over. Do you really just not hear yourself or realize just how awful you are to others? SMH…"

"Ummm where do I start?! I have never ever experienced a "pedicure " like this in my entire life! Karen has exceptional customer service and did not rush. She educated me and made me feel extremely relaxed. First hot stone massage and it was freaking amazing! I could never imagine going back to the average nail salon. Highly recommend!"

"Karen is the sole proprietor of Spa Touch, and as such, does not have a lot of nail technicians working for her. Therefore, Karen cannot book simultaneous appointments for multiple individuals, such as a group of bridesmaids. Instead, Karen is able to give you her undivided attention, totally focused on YOU, not rushing your service to get to the next person like the less expensive salons that run clients through like cattle, with technicians who rarely speak to you in English in a manner that develops a long term client-technician relationship. Karen provides extensive education on nail care specific to your needs, and is extremely attentive to cleanliness and safety to protect you as her valued client. She is highly skilled and keeps up with all the new education in her profession. Karen’s creative talents when it comes to nail art are unparalleled! It has been such fun to pick a different unique hand drawn design or foil design, etc, at each appointment. Karen’s demeanor is friendly, up front, humorous, and chatty. She is an absolute delight! I highly recommend Karen as your new preferred nail technician."

"Best pedicure in town!!! Karen does great nails. My hour long pedicure started with a nice long soak while relaxing in her big, comfy chair. She had relaxing music and candles in the quiet atmosphere. She really took her time to exfoliate and ensure that she removed the dead skin, followed by cuticle care and polish. She is very meticulous, and professional. My only complaint is that the time went by too fast."
