"Consistently clean and friendly service! I haven’t had a bad experience. Some salons you go to there’s a 50/50 chance you will have a tech that does a bad job. I’ve had multiple technicians and each one didn’t disappoint. Wendy did a great job on my pedicure today and the staff was friendly and in the holiday spirit!"

"First time coming here for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and I will not be a returning customer. They offered water which was nice. I was never showed the pedicure description & pricing chart so she just did a regular pedicure for me. This was my first time not watching the technician like a hawk as they did my pedicure. I thought I could sit back relax and read my book. Here’s the problem, she cut my nails entirely too short, she cut some of them at an angle, and she did not put enough coatings of polish on. It is already coming off after TWO days! The foot & leg massage was great but I felt it was a rushed job with very little care and attention to detail. My eyebrows matched but we’re too thin. The crazy thing is there was a lady beside me they clearly told her technician not to clip her toe nails and to file them and he clipped them all and short too! They need to pay attention to what their customers need and also what’s new and trending."

"It’s about the best nail job I’ve ever had!! I couldn’t be happier with Phon’s (spelling) work!! I am VERY particular about my nails and was so pleased with the quality, professionalism and kindness!! I’m from out of town and have been visiting my mother for 2 weeks, so I was due for a fill-in. When driving down E Colonial, out of all the nail salons, the sign for Twins Nails was the one I noticed & thought to try. Long story short, I knew I was meant to go there after looking at their Reviews & Photos on Google Maps & calling & confirming they were able to take me pretty quickly, so I did. I showed Phon a photo of exactly what I wanted & he superseded my expectations while I never had to tell him please do this or that, like I always find myself having to direct other nail technicians. Finding a really good yet reasonably priced nail salon can be hit or miss (more of a miss than hit!), but I am so happy to have found my place when visiting my mother in Orlando!! I highly recommend Twins Nails!!"
