"WOW! I’ve never been in a place with a more depressing, evil energy. First of all, this place is so jammed packed with product that you can barely move without bumping into several people. Then the employees all seem so depressed and there was no enthusiasm coming from anyone. I was either straight up ignored, or when I asked for help, they seemed like they’d rather be doing anything else, and then had the audacity to give me their name to pass along at the register. I don’t want to give your name for “helping” me if I saw you visibly sigh when going to help me. Also, this store is dirty. Both products on the floor and the checkout counter had powder all over it, and not to mention the streaks of makeup that were rubbed over everything. Seeing the visible grime made me put everything down and walk out of the store, I do not want to use products that come from such a dirty place. Overall the atmosphere and the rudeness of the employees really shocked me, you’d expect more being on Disney property."

"Luna blonde from Charlotte was outstanding. I couldn’t find a product I was looking for and Luna immediately noticed. He was very patient with me, I have never encountered such good energy with a Sephora employee before. I will definitely be coming back to this location!!!"

"The store is full of almost everything you can imagine. I might say it is easier to shop their website than the store if you are a person who gets overwhelmed when shopping. You could easily walk this store for over an hour to look at everything. The store was on the go the whole night. Nonstop customers coming and going. The staff is super friendly. I do not recall being able to receive any Disney discounts on this trip."
