Reviews of The UPS Store
"I was just in this location and there were 4 people working. One guy was in the very back working packaging and isn't part of this as he was not working the front. The other 3 which included a young girl were helping customers. One of the guys finished with his customer then proceeded to ignore the fact that I was next in line and began to pull files from a drawer right there at the front desk, as opposed to asking me the next customer if he could assist me. I stood waiting for a while when the girl called me up she mumbled next customer. She didn't say hello nor was she polite. She was very dry and clearly reacting to the fact that I was standing in line staring with frustration on my face yet I hadn't said a word. She clearly noticed that I was perturbed because her statement to me rather than a greeting was "if you don't want to wait you can use the kiosk" I then said no I don't want to use it (which is my right, to prefer a live person to conduct business with) I also stated I am trying to figure out why the guy didn't take me next. She proceeded to make excuses for him stating "he is the manager he has to do this work". Which would have been valid if he wasn't previously working with the customer before me. He had on airpods and as the "manager" didn't even address the situation, she proceeded to speak for him. Customer service should still mean something. I work in Healthcare and I truly understand having task to complete, but deliberately ignoring a customer and then another employee choosing to enable the behavior is unprofessional and clearly shows that her work ethic is just as low level as his. Doing business in this generation has taken a turn for the worst, I can certainly understand if I conducted myself inappropriately however that was not the case, so again I'm unsure why it is acceptable to leave customers standing waiting rather than helping them."
"Never had an issues.. always kind, always gives me a heads up when packages are in. Amazon returns are hassle free. It's cut and dry.. I'm direct - they're direct.. is great"
"Why are y'all now choosing NOT to answer the phone for weeks now. For some of us this is the only way we can do business with you. Like making payments and forwarding mail. You need to inform us if this is the way you are choosing to do business."
"Staff are very friendly. I recommend going here if you want to be greeted with smiles and great customer service. Better than many of the ups I have been to where the staff make your trip there a nightmare with their bad attitudes and negative energy."
"After dealing with this for over a year... im finally leaving a review. Everytime I come here, these workers are so busy laughing and talking that they can't assist the customers. I always have to call them from the back. They will walk away and go to the back while you email your documents to print as if that takes longer than 2 mins. Then you have to get their attention to come back and print your documents. The professionalism here sucks and I'm so over it!"
