The Luxury Nail Spa at Nocatee 100 Marketside Avenue, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081

"This review is based only on my experience. I went to Luxury Nail Salon on Thursday February 1st to get a regular manicure. The name of the lady who attended to me was Susan, a Vietnamese lady who appeared to be very nice but whose actions did not show it. First of all, she had nail fungus on her thumb. She was not wearing gloves. It caught me by surprise and I did not want to say anything as of not to hurt her feelings. But I think that a nail fungus is a no-no in a nail salon. Secondly, she dug under one of my nails with one of her tools so deep that it hurt me. I had to tell her to stop, and that I was going to take care of it myself later. She was also very rough with the hand massage, rubbing really strong on one spot on the palm of my right hand for no reason, to the point that I had to ask her to please be more gentle. I don’t know if she was like that only with me, or if other customers had the same experience. I just thought I had to give this review, because my experience with this lady was really bad and I want to warn others before they experience the same thing I did."

"So me and my daughter we wanted a mommy daughter time and so we got seated so far away from each other and I told them we were together they didn’t care when it was my turn to do my toes they were smelling my feet and speaking in a different language and I know what there sayings because I was studying that language at the time they were saying stuff I can’t imagine it was the worst experience of my life."

"Took my husband to get his pedicure the tech dug a hole on the top of his toe with the nail sander tool she stopped midway and asked someone else to finish him it took 3 weeks to heal and he had to wear sandals to work he refused to complain since he is a guy who likes his toes painted I find that the quality of customer service has gone way down the owners are usually working hard and not paying attention."

"I had my nails done here almost five weeks ago, and the gel is still perfect (although obviously grown out… I’m overdue). I’m just really impressed that it’s not peeling from the bottom or looking mangy. The care my manicurist took and the attention to detail were impeccable, and this is the proof! This was the regular gel, not powder, just FYI."
