"Arrived to the location 15 minutes ahead of time ring the doorbell 3 times no answer. Called the number listed on the door no answer. Waited additional 15 minutes after my appointment scheduled time no answer again after ringing door bell and calling the number listed on the door . 40 minutes after my schedule appointment I was contacted and asked if I wanted to come to my appointment because I’m still within the time. I declined. The owner did however squeeze me in on Monday and that experience was indifferent. I shared a room with another client and she talked the entire time. However, the eyelashes were nice for a walk-in appointment. At the end of the appointment the owner reminded me to make a appointment. That I was only seen because of a cancellation. I made a appointment and was disappointed that no one answered the door or called until nearly an hour later. I gave the shop a 1 star only because when I finally spoke with the owner and expressed my disappointment she proceeded to say I’m canceling this appointment and any future appointments you. No apologies for wasting my time and gas for a no show appointment. I wish you the best in business and hopefully your able to get your doorbell fixed so future customer won’t be let down."
