"Horrible experience! I went to this place on Sunday. The nail tech cut my cuticle too deep and caused significant bleeding. Using some agent to stop bleeding but much cross contamination went on during his attempt to “clean.” He went on to giggle uncomfortably while apologizing for the incident but didn’t provide a bandage or even anything comped on the service. My finger is now infected. If you are the owner and reading this, I would like to be contacted to remedy this. If you are looking for a nail salon, look elsewhere."

"My daughter got acrylic nails done and Thomas made 2 of her cuticles bleed. One nail broke within one day. When fixing it days later the lady started to grind a nail that was fine, I quickly asked her to stop. The owner spoke with her the best she could had to use her phone for “she was Cambodian” and the owner a different nationality. After speaking via phone, the lady once again started to grind on the same perfectly good nail! I asked her to please stop again and now that one was ruined. The owner informed me that they could not communicate and is why she kept messing up. The owner could not take over for she did not know how to do nails. Throughout conversations with(who I am assuming is) the owner, the constant interrupting was so rude. Never once did they offer money back. To top it off, the gentleman who made her cuticles bleed accepted a $12 tip of her own money and didn’t even bother to acknowledge her afterwards. He knew this for it was spoken aloud and the money was taken out of her cute little purse in front of him. Not sure how you accept a full tip after that service. The nails she has are also very thin and generic versus other places(for I dated a girl who always used to do them). A complete joke of an experience and establishment. This place is not 4.6 ⭐️ beware. All their reviews are from folks who leave minimal reviews, check it out. They must have talked them into it to look better."
