"I bought a Groupon to this place for the first time for a facial . I saw it had good and offered a variety of facials . I had a facial with Maribel yesterday and she was just amazing ! She analyzed my skin/face first and then gave me lots of info I had never gotten before and she ended up offering me other services she felt I needed . I left feeling like my skin felt better and looked better than it has in years . I’ve had facials before , but not one where someone actually took the time to treat my skin with what I needed personally and actually gave me a real facial with steam , extractions , and various creams and other things my face badly needed . I will def be back and highly recommend her !!"

"I went to this place some time ago but am posting about this right now. This is an absolute HORRIBLE spa to go to. I had gone in with a Groupon facial offer for 60 min. But it was barely 50 min before the beautician stopped the facial. And then also tried to sell me microdermabrasion saying it would better, which I declined. After my session, before I could leave the beautician was trying to persuade me for over 10 min to buy other offers even after I kept rejecting. I did not have much experience with going to spas and doing facials so I really didn’t know if this was some kind of common practice. It seemed totally unprofessional. Usually you’d think people would stop bothering you if you already said no multiple times but this beautician wouldn’t back off and just seemed so desperate for me to buy their packages. I finally relented and bought a $149, 3 facials deal. But I wasn’t very satisfied when I had come for the next two facials. After I finished the 2nd facial, the front desk person named Theresa was so rude because I didn’t want to buy any more spa packages from them. She was booking my last facial appt and was giving me a ultimatum that if I didn’t buy another deal she was offering right then and there, then I wouldn’t get another offer like that. I ended up not even going to my last facial appt and vowed to never return to this so unprofessional place. I would give this place a ZERO star if it was possible. For any young and inexperienced person out there, please don’t feel the need to accept desperate deals from place that you don’t feel good about. As soon as they start to do things that you don’t like, just leave. Don’t stay there and don’t look back."

"So I’ve been going to skin and glam for over a year now & I would never get a facial anywhere else! I go to Theresa & have gone to her ever since she is so wonderful & my skin has cleared up ever since I’ve been going to her! She gives me the best skin advice too! The prices are great they run a lot of specials that I like to try to try new things out. Highly recommended!"
