She goes above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with the end result and truly takes care of you. I have been waxing for a while so I am comfortable with the pain but there is hardly any. She is so good about ensuring the comfort that you just get into a conversation and always laughing. The wax is over before you even know it! It is always clean and inviting in the area when I walk in. They have a very nice room for you to go to and even a nice neck pillow.
