"Totally disappointed in Sally's Beauty on Fleming Island, FL. The owners need to understand their client base in the area. The lack of ethnic hair options as well as the placement of ethnic supplies in the back corner of the store lets me know that my money is not valued here."

"I frequent and sometimes it’s great but this time it wasn’t. I had to order online for the 2 hour delivery and the girls were not very nice and not very informative. I was given items that were open and when I called to find out what was going on I was given misinformation. It’s a shame people sometimes may have to order from home for any reason and the treatment given is not up to par. I was told to return I would have to call the corporate office to do a web return but go to the store at the same time. Not the best experience this time. In store shopping is better then their ordering online. They use door dash as elk to make the deliveries"

"Came in to grab a quick item and waited for a good bit. Two associates in the store and one was taking all the customers and checking them out while the other was in the back talking on her cellphone like she wasn’t at work. Only came out to the floor when the cashier had an issue and even that was to hard for her. Spoke to the cashier like she had no idea what she was doing and very rude! Ridiculous! Definitely commend the cashier, she was taking care of everyone and working hard. The other one however, needs to work on her customer service skills."

"Staff was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. They also were very knowledgeable and what items were for sale and what items I could purchase that were for sale for what I needed. They did their very best at giving me lowest price that they were allowed to give. All right sleeping is very upbeat and very contagious happy attitude I always love going to Sally's Beauty Supply I never have a bad experience."
