"So frustrating when you as a customer can’t get a price that they first told you. Item on sale, when it rang up it was a higher price. The girl at the register didn’t know how to override, calls her boss to get ok and still can’t seem to do. She says do you still want it at the regular price!? I was like no! I want the price the sale sign says, she basically says she can’t do it. It’s annoying after you spend 20 min at the store to just leave empty handed. Won’t be back to this location. Went to another sally and had no issues!!! Horrible customer service!!"

"I've been here about 6 times. Customer service is often great. There was 1 time it was not the best and full of excuses however I have not seen them. The service reps are usually very knowledgeable. Th hey have good products for the price. If you ask me everything could be cheaper everywhere but that's not how it works. They converted me from a hater due to 1 experience to a lover. Much appreciate them"

"I have shopped at this Sally's several times within the past 6 months. My most recent visits I had questions and Ashley took the time to FIRST greet me and THEN ask if she could help! She has AWESOME customer service! I look for her now whenever I enter the store! Kudos to Sally's for hiring such a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED EMPLOYEE!!!!!!! Thanks Ashley for being awesome! You help me each time with your knowledge!"

"I want to thank Emily. I called to verify that a particular product was in stock and in store. This was the second store I called, the first store, the product out of stock. Per my request Emily was kind enough to hold the product till closing. There was only one in the store."
