"Been here many times. Employees always have such an attitude and are either arguing with each other or chatting, not wanting to give you the time of day. Also closing 15 minutes before their actual closing time is very lazy, and frustrating when you are in a rush!! Hard for people out here working with a small time frame. And yes this is pretty frequent too. My daughter and myself have been let down with a locked door plenty of times while the workers just stare at us while chatting beside the counter. A lot of hair dye boxes are emptied or have a completely different color in them. Otherwise the store is pretty well maintained. Just wished the workers were too."

"To the older employee with red hair, profiling is not ok. I saw the way you watched a certain person leave the store and it was VERY telling how you saw the person and how you planned to “intervene” if needed. Not ok and I didn’t feel comfortable at all in this store. Won’t be coming back."

"Went today! 5/5/23 They welcomed me into the store with a smile. Showed me right where the item I was looking for was.Everything was clean and in place. Will be going back. Those young ladies know how to run a store! Keep up the good work girls, you girls are Awesome and need a raise!☺"

"Whoever that lady with the orange hair this weekend, manager or cashier was doing way too much watching me and making comments to the girl with glasses as if I couldn’t hear her if i wanted to steal I would have but watching me that closely pretending to “do your job” is uncomfortable and hella unprofessional. It wasn’t like I was wearing baggy clothes or had a big empty bag I was wearing a one piece with a jacket and had only my phone in my hands I even asked for advice but she just kept looking at me crazy when I put the item she recommended back on the shelf."

"The main sales lady (I think the manager that day) followed me from the moment I entered the store. It made me highly uncomfortable. She immediately followed my every move through the store. I said when I came in the store, I’m only here to look and get some hair dye. I stopped at the nails, (she was 3 feet from me and intently watching) then turned to look around and checked out the makeup. Then I went to the hair dye aisle. All while she was 3 feet from me and intently watching everything I did. I then went and grabbed my hair dye and went to look at the hair clips. She follows me and stays within a few feet. This was highly insulting. I only had my 3 inch crossbody on my person and tight fitting workout clothes. I will shop on amazon from now on. I will also post this on every online forum because frankly, this was harassment. If you have a shoplifting problem, fine. But don’t make your honest customers regret coming in your shop. No thank you!"
