"I got a service at home. They have the option (in Miami Dade and Broward) to offer their services where you are. The follow up since I had my quote was excellent. The service I got was done with professionalism and fast. The technician who visited me - Juan Fajardo - was respectful and did his job with confidence. "Damian was an absolute pleasure and provided superb service! And Ivan was the technician who came to our house to install the glass and he did an excellent job!! I got a chip and crack in my Audi Q8 windshield and I was mortified to handle this whole process especially since when I went to Safelite they didnt even know a Q8 existed in the Audi line. I have a ton of sensors and cameras in the car that I was worried wouldn't work if I went there. Handling the insurance was also a nightmare, but thats where Damian is also an expert in. "Maybe it was the extreme heat recently that caused my Jeep rear quarter window to shatter, I don’t know. Thankfully, Gilberto from Countywide Auto Glass came to my home today and was able to quickly remove the remaining fragmented glass neatly and install a new window that looks good as new. What could have been a big mess was done cleanly. If you find yourself needing replacement auto glass, I highly recommend calling Countywide Auto Glass."

"If I could negatively rate them, I would. I hired them to remove my front windshield for body work to my vehicle, and to replace my rear window. When I went to pick up my vehicle, my dashboard was completely destroyed, and the windshield is leaking. They refused to take responsibility and referred me to their liability insurance, who took over 5 months to deny the claim, as I expected them to do. Countywide tried to blame the body shop where the vehicle was, but I have had three vehicles repaired there and never had a problem. Countywide said they never got into my vehicle to do their work, but the rear window is retained by nuts on the inside of the vehicle. Countywide not only failed to clean the channel for the weather stripping on the windshield when then removed it, they failed to correct the issue when they installed the new weather stripping, leading to the weather stripping not properly adhering, and coming off. They even damaged the headliner. They were the lowest price, so I guess I get what I paid for."
