"I cannot speak for others, but based on my experience I am left disappointed and unhappy with my brows. I went to this place 3 times, first section, and 2 retouches in about 1 year I believe. When I left the third time I came right back from my car telling them I needed something different, this time, the brows were even more light and undefined than the past 2. So I was told to “give a time”. Basically when I called to go back they wanted me to pay again, and offered me 100 discount. This time telling me I should do a different technique. My question, if f I needed a different technique, then why not doing it or offering it when I was there, even though they knew I was not happy and I had already spent about $1500 and thought they were supposed to last at least 1 year being this my 3 time. Sorry but I cannot afford it and I am left unsatisfied and unhappy with how my brows turned out."

"Went for the first time to do my eyebrows and WOW! The place was absolutely beautiful and pleasant. Ania was so sweet and professional. She really loves what she does and she does it to perfection. I could not be more happy with the results."

"No perfections in chemical peels, long wait. Need to pay the full payment before starting the treatment which is nonrefundable. So even though one wants to withdraw the service they can't. I won't recommend it to the non-Spanish speakers. The only good part is they are flexible in scheduling or rescheduling the appointments. And a few of the staff members are good at reception."
