"Sadly I won’t be coming back and do not recommend for anyone that values quality DANAY RUINED MY NAILS I thought this place was ok for me to come do my pedicures, but I decided to get a regular manicure with gel removal after my 10th time of being a customer here which seems like the most basic service ever My nail technician Danay was nothing but lazy she felt extra comfortable getting on instagram while I was waiting for her to start removing my gel polish I didn’t get my nails painted so all she had to do was remove the gel and do file in my natural nails to give them shape and take a little bit of length but she refused to even file my nails which is part of a regular manicure Danay ruined my nail beds making them embedded and damaged because she pushed too hard on my nails She didn’t file my nails in the manicure and I asked why ?, so she said she was going to cut my long natural nails with the nail cutter (like hello? Did u even go to beauty school)Anyone that knows about nails knows that if you cut long nails you break the foundation of it ruining the entire nail bed (I am not a tech but this is basic knowledge when u have long natural nails) She told me I could file them myself in the salon bc she couldn’t do it herself ??? Like why am I paying for the service if the tech is going to be plain lazy and rude being on the phone on instagram and talking about their personal business along the other nail techs loud in the salon makes it so uncomfortable specially if you are trying to relax, she wanted to up charge me for the gel removal saying it was acrylic? Not even doing the job right and charging me for something I didn’t even have Paid for my regular manicure but didn’t get my nails painted or even filed , sadly because of plain laziness they lost a valuable customer"

"Absolutely love The Nail Bakery! All of the ladies do a beautiful job and the environment is pleasant. My daughter and I love to get a mani pedi. Lulu is my favorite and does beautiful eyebrows too."

"I highly recommend this place. You will love it as I do. I’ve been coming here since beginning of 2022. They’ve always been professional, e.g., use cleaned, sterilized and sealed tools, remind me of my appointment, and punctual. It’s very easy to communicate with them in case you need to change your appointment or let them know if you are running late. Also, they go the extra mile to make my nails look perfect and stay perfect—even after 3 weeks— thanks Kloyd and Dailen "

"Super sad to have to leave a review on this salon as I thought I would come back! Went in for dip mani and regular pedi. Pedicure was completed by one nail tech while we waited for the nail tech who was going to do my hands to finish her client. Realized they do only 2 layers of dip and then file it down with a drill and then cure with gel top coat. Not sure it if was the technique but my nails already started chipping just 5 days later! My usual nail techs manicures last me 3 weeks with no worry!(came here as my nail tech is on vacation). Disappointed because every one was really kind here and my nails look great but not worth it if my nails are going to chip so quickly."

"I always have a lovely experience at The Nail bakery, the few times I’ve been. Today, Chloe took care of me. But even before that the receptionist welcomed me with a smile. I was actually really early to my nail appointment and Chloe started me off until her 12:00p showed up. Chloe did a great job of starting me off by removing my gel polish, then I had to wait around 40 minutes for Chloe to finish her 12:00p but although she was taking care of her 12:00p, Chloe called me over to continue taking care of me. Chloe is really patient with her clients and manicures beautifully. I’m in LOVE with my nails and I got the Polish idea from the receptionist, who was wearing the color. Another lovely experience at The Nail Bakery. Looking forward to my next appointment."
