"Awful customer service. Do not go to this location. I booked an appointment for my dad over the phone and they never logged it in. My dad showed up and they told him the appointment doesn't exist. I told them the exact date and time I called and all they could say was "we have no recollection of this"... instead of apologizing for the mistake their staff members made."

"I’ve been coming here for over a year now for monthly facials with a membership after initially receiving a gift card for a facial or massage. I see Carolina who is amazing! My skin is so much healthier since getting services with her. She is very knowledgeable and cares about what she does. I would strongly recommend seeing her. The front desk staff there are always very friendly as well. Location is always clean and super accommodating."

"The Hand and Stone in Kendall is 88 the Street in the Palms, hands down has the absolute best customer service experience in town!! Honestly, better than Chick -fil-a lol no shade, just straight facts. No matter the situation the representatives make sure to treat every customer with care. Each and every experience is absolutely amazing. They are lovely ladies in the front are all warm, kind, professional, always greet you with a smile, they go above and beyond to make that you are happy and comfortable when you are there. I would definitely recommend for to everyone book a membership. When I leave from my massage I feel like I’m walking on cloud 9, no pain and the best part is you feel stress free. The best massages, I love it so much that I gift spa experiences and they ended up wanting to become a member. I definitely recommend Hand and Stone. Unfortunately I have not been able to go in because of my job but when I called to cancel my membership i was presented with different options that will allow me to continue with them without losing me as a client (which I do not want to leave) I spoke with Vivi, she was very helpful, great customer service, engaging, and very positive attitude. She was able to answer all my questions and I wish all customer service in any industry is great as she was with me.
