"My daughter went to Body details in Kendall and got 2nd degree burns on wrist and kept telling technician it burns and technician kept going on with laser despite my daughter complaining of the pain. Took 2 days to get a call back and sales manager in Boca refused to allow me to speak to someone else regarding the matter. She told me I had to email and that was it. I asked again for names and she refused to disclose and told me my only form of communication is through email. Please be careful from this place. There are many medical spas in Florida to chose from. This place is clearly unprofessional and too afraid to take accountability. If client says they are in pain. You stop and respect and not cause further pain."

"Very unprofessional people working here. They don’t have a phone number, so you don’t have form to communicate with them. I called to the call center and they confirmed my appointment for today at 2 pm. When I arrived to the center, the nurse told me: “It’s too late to do your laser because your appointment was at 1:40 pm.” Literally, they don’t care if you waste your gas and your time. The solution is reschedule the appointment because is easier for them, but not for you. Zero stars for this terrible customer service."

"I paid over $11,000 for my hair and tattoo removal. I get a text today that the tattoo Laser is broken 3 days before my appointment. The coral gables location does not have any appointments for months. I called all three south Florida locations and even though they are open, they all go straight to VM. I tried scheduling online and also nothing available."

My neck is really sensitive so she makes sure every flash of the laser is used effectively to make sure I feel the least amount of discomfort.
