"Worst nail experience I had in my life. The lady cut me and blood was coming out of every cuticle. I am now scared that I will get a disease from them. Would not recommend to ANYONE. "I rarely ever post reviews, however, my experience was so TERRIBLE that I had to warn others. I walked in with an appointment and was left standing, all the techs saw me there and no one greeted me. I basically had to ask after 3 minutes of just standing if someone had to check me in. Finally I’m with my tech who takes an hour and a half on my pedicure- but because of the many times she had to stop to talk to other techs. The conversations were extremely unprofessional and honestly made me uncomfortable. One of the techs was Openly discussing her plans to be unfaithful that weekend. Mix in all the bad words imagined. Finally we get to my nails and immediately I can tell the tech doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’ve been doing dip for over 3 years with many different people and know the process well. My tech has clearly never been properly trained. Not sure why she’d lie and tell me she could do the service. I paid over $100 for terrible dip manicure plus regular pedicure. The next day two nails broke from how thin she filed them down and I came back to fix it at the time I was given, still had to wait an hour even though I told them I had to catch a flight that night. They took another 40 minutes to fix my nails and continue to harass me asking what I did to Break the nails. They were pointing the finger at me to not acknowledge the terrible Job done. One literally broke when I pressed the elevator button and the other I woke up from SLEEPING with it broken. The nails were paper thin. Attached you’ll see photos of how it looked. They charged me to fix the nails after all that. Will not be returning and also hope this review saves someone else the headache."

"I have been attending this facility for over two years. Their work is by far 100 % on point from the service to its long lasting nail polish. One of the main reasons I found this facility was that I was tired of surrounding nail spa’s that I had been to that did my nails so fast I felt I was being pushed in & out as fast as possible. And to top it off, nail chipping when gel is supposed to be something that lasts for at least two weeks. At Envidia spa they take their time and by time I mean they separate a 2 hour slot to do your nails to perfection. And for the record, I have had to cancel once because of a car issue and Carmela was understanding. But I also understand that when I do not call to cancel in time the technician has now lost her chance to make money for the business as well as for herself. Thank you Carmela and ladies of Envidia spa for always being kind, providing the utmost respect, and Courteous nail spa experience I have had in Kendall, Fl."
