"A massage was reserved earlier in the day on a Saturday for a 3:30pm appointment with a male masseuse named Kahlil. Per the booking instructions, arrived 15 minutes early to complete the check in procedure which took less than 10 minutes. The check in clerk was nice, however I wouldn’t opt in for a package deal on my first visit and first time with the masseuse just to receive a “discount” ; which would be paid throughout the year once I’m locked into a package. My masseuse came to the front 5 minutes into my appointment time for a 60 minute massage and led the way to the room. Once in there, he asked for the main focus points, I said shoulders and back. A deep tissue massage was not an option prior to booking, only firm but I didn’t anticipate the experience. The massage was okay but I typically feel fully rejuvenated and was hoping the firm would be somewhat close to a decent massage and experience. Aside from being very well moisturized and oiled up, I can’t say I’d return for additional massages. A manager did reach out (after I completed a short 3 question survey the day following my massage) wanting to change my experience, but I’d have to pay for another massage just to receive an additional 30 minutes free of charge. I appreciated the email but was not interested."
