"Terrible service, I drove my wife to an appointment that had been scheduled for 5 days, upon arrival the salon was closed we were 15 minutes early. No one reached out to my wife and we were left waiting outside for 30 minutes. Not acceptable at all. Horrible way to run a business."

I’ve gone to Brazilian wax center and other waxers that were always pricier but I never enjoyed my experience like I do here. She gets the job done quick and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole thing. And the pain wasn’t even there with her. i would recommend!"

"I wish there was a zero star rating. I booked an appointment 5 days in advance only for her to cancel 40 mins before the appointment. I had already purchased the Groupon so I decided to reschedule for the next day. Mind you, there were several spots available the next day, so I chose one. She then proceeded to cancel the second appointment 2 hours before the set time. No phone call or anything. Just an automated text saying the my appointment had been canceled. I got my refund from Groupon and won’t be returning. Highly unprofessional and inconvenient. Why have spots available on your website only to cancel the day of?!? I don’t get it."
