"I had my car towed to Nissan for a diagnostic check around 1pm. I called Bruno around 5:45pm for an update on the car. He told me that my was up next in that I should know the car diagnostic tomorrow(6/30) around noon. I arrive to Nissan at 11am the next day and i was told that i needed a new alternator and they was writing up my estimate I said ok I’ll just wait. An hour and a half passes and still nothing so I walked out the waiting room and noticed that my car was never evaluated. The mechanic had just started putting my car in the air. I became upset. So I had to take my car to someone else after waiting 24 hrs in getting no where. If i could give 0 stars I definitely would. Whats sad is when I asked Bruno had anybody looked at my car he didn't even have a response. Transparency is key! What a waste of time next time I will go to Pompano Nissan, I’m valued there."
