"First time using this service. Hasan was great! He was texting us when on way along with the company automated texts. Hasan kept in contact with us during our flight. He met us at baggage claim and had cold waters ready for us in the car. After such a great experience, we opted to go through miami limo service again at the end of our trip. It was a last minute decision and we needed a ride pretty quick. They texted back super quick and had us picked up in less than a hour. We had the pleasure of Hasan driving us again. Again- constant communication which put us at ease. Thanks guys! We hope to see you soon."

"As a nervous mom traveling with my 2 year old son to Miami for a Disney cruise, I needed to make sure I found a transfer service that offered a car seat. I spoke to the the manager, Vino weeks in advance who gave me great advice about disembarking early from the cruise ship. He was very responsive to my questions and when we arrived in Miami. Our first driver, Muro was waiting patiently at our baggage claim when we arrived and took care of our bags which was a huge help while we carried my 2 year old son. He was very personable and friendly! Our second driver, Sebastian was responsive through text and found out immediately at the cruise terminal. He also got us to the Miami airport with plenty of time. We highly recommend this company for any families looking for a stress free transfer service. They provide exceptional customer service and are worth every penny."
"These guys are so Professional!!! Manager Vino was very quick responding and helped us right away when I and my baby missed our flight. He adjusted the drivers schedule so that we still got the car with car seat at the time of our arriving to Miami. And this was made with no extra charge. Driver Jose met us in the airport and helped with the bags and stroller. He is extremely nice person very sweet! And super professional driver too! We felt very safe. On the way back driver Daniel was our chauffeur and again great experience! Super professional and also very pleasant person. I highly recommend this limo service to everyone! These guys are amazing!"
