"Great talkers and make you feel comfortable to leave your car but the quality of work is poor. Don't have time to bring my car back the 4th time for a transmission leak after I rebuild it with them. Looks like they never changed my gasket. Never told me I had bolts that were stripped on the pan to fix them and do it the right way just put it all back together took the money and smiled. Never bring them a classic antique car that's garage kept it will be left outside to get rained on and stray cats to get jumped on"

"I drove from the Panhandle of Florida to visit my sister in the hospital and my battery light came on. I went to O’Reilly’s across the street and they told me I needed a new battery and alternator and recommended Plantation Firestone. I was concerned about traveling 9 hours back home with my daughter and 3 month old granddaughter. Trevor was very helpful and explained in detail the work that needed to be done and the exact estimate. It was already late in the day, but he had the mechanic start working on it right away, but they needed to finish the rest of the job the next day. Trevor called the next morning to let me know that they were finishing it up and would test drive and check everything/tire pressure, oil etc. so we would feel safe heading back home.
