"Was on my way to a friends house until all the sudden a huge storm passed and i had to pull over immediately to buy new windshield wipers because mine were so bad i coulldnt see anything! Came across this advanced auto parts store and the two gentlemen there, Rob & Mohammed were so helpful! they were able to help me find the exact wipers i needed and even installed them for me. Phenomenal customer service! I would travel back to this location just to be able to deal with the kind gentlemen again. 5 stars is not even enough for this location! They break the scales with their kindness and work ethics."

"It's not always the part sometime it could be the manager who's operating and running the store this individual store I went to the door return on the battery because I have a standby generator on my vacation home and I purchased it for the generator from the store nearby so I went there to replace it because it lost the cranking amps during the little cold weather the manager supposed to be telling me he would charge it and he's not going to replace it if it goes to 12 volts but when you put load to a such a cranking amps it decreases and it costs a problem during the generator being cranked when it needs to be due to the power outage I have to go to another store I'll call BBB I will never shop there again like I haven't done in 22 years the battery has a name but it's not die hard it's just the name they purchased I will tell you the truth I'm thinking but call corporate and I'm a reporter to BBB"

"It's been a while since I've been to this location. It was completely different experience in how the lone associate communicated with the customers. Not that I've dealt with this individual before. Treating you as a person, communicating with customers and talking about what we all have a passion for, our vehicles. Multiple customers having friendly conversation & banter with each other. Very helpful and patient in looking up the items I needed with explaining differences. Thank you for the experience."

"Hi, very bad customer service, I'm a client and there was a guy (forgot his name) who I asked if there was someone that spoke Spanish and he said there wasn't, but I heard him speaking in Spanish on the phone while seated, and I needed help. This is the second time he doesn't help me find the product. He spoke Spanish very well. And he said that his first language was English- not Spanish, it's not possible that the employers employ people that are unable and dislike attending Hispanic people... I had to ask Tasha D. to help me. I hope he changes his poor attitude."
