"I WON’T EVER use this location again!!! I went in for an oil change. The guy told me I needed a bunch of stuff done like a flush and changing filters etc. he also told me I needed my brakes done. I asked if my brakes could wait until I got back from a trip. He said yes, so I had everything else done. I just went to a friends shop and all my brakes are like brand new. Glad I didn’t have them changed right away when he wanted me to….I don’t mind paying for needed repairs, but don’t like ripped off. You just lost 3 clients over this because none of the family cars will be back and I am reaching out to corporate!"

"I've used this Jiffy Lube location a few times over the past couple of years and was satisfied with their oil change service and their Air Conditioner service, however, on my last oil service in November, I was advised that my front and rear brakes were very bad and should be replaced ASAP. I became skeptical since I do not drive that many miles and the brakes were replaced not that many miles ago. I asked if they looked at the pads and they said yes and all pads & rotors require replacement-$1,000 for front and rear. After I left, I took a look at the pads myself which appeared to be fine as far as I could tell but just to be sure I took it to another shop for a free brake inspection which advised me all of my brake pads are good and have many miles of life left-they even pulled the wheels for a good look. Sorry Jiffy Lube but you just lost my business forever for being so dishonest and the other shop has gained my service for being so honest. Honesty goes a long way. In addition, your service guys just lost my generous $$$ tips."
