"Disappointing Experience with Heat Collision Repair Delays I recently brought my Tesla Model 3 to this auto body shop for a rear quarter panel and bumper repair. While initially optimistic, my experience has been far from satisfactory. After waiting two weeks for the parts to arrive, I was informed that the repair would take an additional week. Despite providing the shop with the inconvenience of lacking rental car coverage, the repair timeline continued to extend. Following a week of patiently waiting, I discovered that the shop was still working on my car. Multiple follow-up calls only revealed uncertainties about when the repairs would be completed. The lack of a firm estimated time for completion has made planning daily activities challenging for my family, especially with 15 days without a car. This prolonged and uncertain repair process has been exceptionally inconvenient, making it difficult to manage work responsibilities and transport my kids to school. I hope the shop addresses these issues to improve the overall customer experience in the future."
"I had a wonderful experience at Heat Collision. I took my car in for a not-insignificant amount of cosmetic damage through my insurance. Everyone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ready to answer any question I had about the process. They were very transparent about their processes and the wait time for my repair and parts orders. They were very accommodating when scheduling appointments and worked quickly on my car, which was so helpful, as I didn't have rental on my insurance at the time of the claim. The turnaround was only five days (less than anywhere else estimated), throughout which they called me with updates. I picked up my car today and it looks absolutely brand new. I'm so impressed with the whole team at Heat Collision. I can't recommend this shop highly enough!"
"I’ll do a follow up review to this as well, but I take the car in yesterday to get work done that was already paid for and said it was done. Comes to no surprise the work was never done! So I returned to have the work finished and not only did they break 2 bolts off while “fixing” the car. They also severely damage my brand new rim. No offer to replace the rim. Only to redip the rim, the rim as a huge gouge in it, all they had to do was put a tire on"

"I want to say this is a great body shop, I took my car for repairs from a front end collision. The repair was done promptly, staff was friendly and answered all my questions. I noticed a few weeks ago there is water intrusion on the passenger side headlamp assembly and the driver side headlamp is already cloudy and hazy. It’s been 2 years but to have water intrusion in the headlamp? I took it back to the bodyshop to see what they can do because they claim a lifetime warranty. Lily Navarro who I originally spoke to about my concerns regarding my headlamps, went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company honored the repair . She explained to me that the insurance company (at the time of the incident was Bristol West - Which is horrible automotive insurance company) only approved used headlamps they would not approve a new OEM replacement. Lily made contact with the insurance adjustor to see if they would cover the cost to replace the headlamps, she made sure to stay on top of them and made sure they paid for the repair. Finally the insurance company approved the replacement of the headlamps. Simply amazing customer service!"
