I was looking at buying a used 4Runner, and had Mike do the pre purchase inspection. He was able to point out the good, the bad, and the ugly before I bought it. Ultimately, he gave it the green light with several yellow flags that I knew I had to take care of. Car ended up being a great purchase, and I had Mike handle the yellow flag issues. I didn't have to much hope but Mike told me that he'll find the issue and get her back to me and he did just that. Mike's communication with me was remarkable he kept me posted and explained everything step by step until it was time to pick up my car and when I arrived she was alllll cleaned up and ready to go.
