"Total scammers, just trying to hold your car for as long as possible to charge you “storage fees” of $225 a day, which is illegal in the state of Florida. They took the car from a Turo renter, who had my (owner’s) contacts, they lied to me that there was a third party involved and they are filing the claim with them, for me to get to know from my insurance agent that they filed with my personal insurance. THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO HOLD MY CAR FOR EVEN ONE DAY. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL THE AS SOON AS THEY GOT THE CAR AND FIGURE OUT THE INSURANCE SITUATION WITH ME THE OWNER. They didn’t do any of it. The renter has my phone number, they didn’t even bother to ask. I called them several times and they were telling they’re just waiting for the 3rd party insurance reply. For 2 weeks. Not giving me access to the car. I came twice to the locked door. Their claim is just to hold your car and not repair it for as long as possible. They are claiming that they lowered the storage fee, THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO HOLD THE CAR AT ALL."
