"This service department is just terrible, never going back again. I took my car for regular oil change and they did the vehicle inspection and everything came out clear they said, 3 days later my battery stopped working and needed to be replaced I took it to them because they are responsible for it, because when I took it 3 days before they should have checked for the issue and they didn’t, they wanted me to pay for the battery my self they little didn’t wanted to be responsible for it, their service and managers didn’t help out they all cleaned their hands, I’m very upset and disappointed about this, this have never happen to me at any other dealership, never going back"

"Love, love, love them! They are always welcoming, friendly, and willing to answer any questions. Its easy to schedule or adjust appointments in person and online, and they accept walk-ins in a pinch. They always have coupons online and, on some of my visits, have applied discounts without them. I always get a free coffee and Lyft back home during the visit. If they recommend services, they always call to confirm before doing them. They keep track of past services so you can double check you cars needs. I've tried a couple other locations and none are as nice or have treated me as well as Brickell Mazda consistently does. (Quick note, that it may be better to pay with a debit card since I think they started adding a surcharge to credit card payments in April.)"
