"I got into a car accident and this was the repair place the insurance used. I figured ok let’s try it. Wow from the second I called and spoke with Jessica to bringing my car in it was top notch service! Walter was absolutely amazing he was who I worked with. My car was done in a week and they even got me a ride home when I dropped the car off and got me a ride when my car was finished. They not only fixed my car but cleaned the outside and entire inside! I absolutely recommend Eddie’s! Amazing business and staff! 10 stars!!!!"
"Bunch of thieves there, they stole a lot from my car, took forever with the repairs, and to make matters worst, my high beam nor daytime running lights now work. The side skirt they worked on flew off on the highway, and they leave your keys outside on your car for easy access, so anyone can walk on the property and make off with your vehicle. This place needs to be shutdown and an investigation done on them because they allow workers to steal from customers."
"I would like to start with saying the customer service here was top-notch. Anytime I called They immediately knew exactly what was going on with my car. Unlike some other shops where they are calling around to see what's going on. But not here, any question I had They were able to answer QUICKLY. Although the job took a little longer than expected Due to a part being delayed in delivery which was out of their hands. they were very communicative about it. Overall I am happy with the job that they did And they're great customer service."
"I have been here 3 or 4 times for body repairs and they have always been on point. Very professional, very knowledgable and expert work is done. Not just "good enough" or "close" but perfect. This time was a repair on a small plastic bumper piece. It was a small job, not much money to be made but they were happy to do it. Some shops only want to do the big dollar repairs, Eddie's does the small ones too. Earlier this year a dump truck tried to steam roll my Sentra, with me in it. Fortunately I was not injured, but the car was. Because I was familiar with Eddie's I had the car brought here. My insurance company had contacted them and they knew I was coming before I got here. When I arrived, they already had a folder with all my info ready and waiting. Wow! After a couple of days, my insurance company decided it was a total loss. Even though Eddie's didn't do the repairs, they were very helpful dealing with my insurance company and getting it all sorted out. I have never been disappointed with anything here. As I said before, very professional and expert repairs. Great place to have your car repaired."
"For needing a collision expert for the first time in my life, Eddie did an amazing job! Pro(s): They were prompt in accepting my car the minute we called. They absolutely excelled at communicating with my Insurance adjuster any time it was needed. Their want and attention to detail was absolutely amazing - they are definitely customer centric. Con(s): Call me a Gen-Z for this but I wish their communication was a little clearer. They had my car for ~6 weeks in total. At first I called once a week just to see how things were but the real breakdown happened towards the last week of them having my car. It was stressful in the fact that it was a lot of tapping on my part. I’d call and they would say they’d call but I never got the call so I’d have to prompt them again."
