"The check engine light came on in my new car. After having to wait several days for an appointment with a loaner car available, the car went into the shop. Once I picked up the car, the check engine light came back on. I am now waiting for the part to arrive and another appointment to have the part changed out. Fingers crossed that the problem is quickly fixed and does not return."

"I've been coming to this same Mercedes-Benz dealership for 12 years. I purchased new, my 2012 C250 from this same location, and while I've never had a reason to have to speak with any of the vehicle service personnel face-to-face in 12 years, I'm very pleased to say that I've never had to return for any dissatisfaction about any of the maintenance service that I've received at this location. I brought my vehicle into this same location EVERY YEAR for 12 years promptly because I take my vehicle's annual maintenance very seriously. From the valet personnel to the service advisor who always greets me warmly, their service provided to me has always been excellent. I also greatly appreciate the free coffee, and Uber service provided to me without charge. I'm glad that I can continue to recommend this Mercedes-Benz dealership to others. Whenever I've had questions, or needed any additional information about the services which they provided, they have always been able to provide me with satisfactory answers, or suggestions."
"I recently had my Mercedes serviced at the dealership, and while the overall experience had its positive aspects, there were some significant drawbacks. On the positive side, the check-in process was fast and efficient, and the staff was courteous and accommodating. I appreciate the generosity of providing a free ride back home, allowing me to carry on with my day without unnecessary wait times. However, the major concern revolves around the duration of the maintenance. My last service took two days, which, although better than a previous service that took two weeks, still raises questions about the efficiency of the service process. The extended time required for maintenance leaves me wondering why it can't be completed more quickly, especially considering the advancements in automotive technology and service procedures. Despite this drawback, I must commend the quality of the service provided when it finally concluded. The technicians did a great job, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition before they would wash the car and return clean, maybe a service they no longer have. In conclusion, while the service itself is of high quality, the prolonged maintenance times are a significant inconvenience. I hope the dealership can address this issue to enhance the overall customer experience."
"I brought my car in for something I assumed was a simple matter; However, it lead to my car being in the Service Department for several weeks, during the holiday season. Within that time frame, my service representative, Mr. Andy Garcia did everything possible to assure that I remained informed and up-to-date. At one point, Andy was faced with a family emergency and was unable to assist me for several days; However, Andy handed my case over to Mr. Cesar Leon, and Mr. Leon did not miss a beat. Both Andy and Cesar did an amazing job, and did everything in their powers to assure that I remained calm, comfortable and informed as I waited for the corrections to be completed on my car. They went far and beyond to provide the best customer service."
