"I went to Murphy Bed Sales & Service location and was met by the owner, Alex. He was friendly and showed me around. I picked the bed I wanted and he told me the next available time for my install was 3 weeks later. Three weeks went by and it was 2 days before my installation and I called Alex to verify that his brother who is the installer was coming. There must be something wrong with Alex. He actually started screaming at me like a lunatic telling me that he gave me an install date and that his brother would be coming. I could not believe his rudeness to me over a simple question. He just carried on screaming on the top of his lungs that he honors all install dates. My recommendation is to find another company who respects their customers. I’ve never been treated like this and I spent $4000 on my Murphy bed. It simply wasn’t called for. Alex if you’re reading this, you need to take a chill pill and have respect for your customers who ask a simple question."

Ariel and his installers, Gregory and Christian, were pleasant, polite, and took great care in installation and making sure to protect my walls, doors, etc. Also, this was not an easy room to navigate large pieces of equipment/pieces (sharp corners). I fully endorse Murphy Bed Sales & Service."
