"Furniture missing, damaged and sales people unresponsive to phone calls. Sales person refused to get owner or senior management involved to fix problems. Only interested in selling more product not replacing or repairing damaged sofa or bed sidetables."
"Walked it and nobody greeted me. They saw me and ignored me. I still took a look at the place and yet nobody came near me to ask if I needed any assistance. Super horrible staff. Maybe if I would’ve came dressed up like I was going to a night club they would’ve treated me better but it is also not their job to judge a book by it’s cover. Their loss now cause I’m definitely not giving them my service."
